"i have been calling every single day for 2 years now. Just to be told “we’ll call you, we got the referral. Don’t keep calling” But clearly no one’s calling to schedule an appointment. My sons pediatrician talked to the office manager, he even called the manager out. She didn’t care. Clearly the staff is just as lazy as the manager."
