"I bought a large bottle of Bailey’s which was very expensive at $65 walked outside of the door to my car and decided I did not need that big of a bottle. I turned around and walked back into the store to get a smaller bottle in exchange and they told me they were not allowed to refund or exchange once I walked out of the door. Ridiculous excuse. Will never buy anything there again."
"Myself and a man walked into the store at the same time through different doors. I have been to this store several times (normally great experiences), so I knew what I wanted and exactly where it was. By the time I made it to the counter the other person was checking out so I stepped on another isle to look at other bottles. I heard foot steps from the back, but did not pay attention to them. After I checked out I noticed a man standing at the door that I came in from. It was not until after I paid, got into my vehicle and my daughter told me the man looked as if he was upset/ran to door; it was then when I realize I was "profiled". I will not return to this store."
