"$179 bottle of perfume my gf got for Christmas. Went to exchange. She came out upset that BOTH women told her no exchanges. I went in (while gf stayed in the food court) and explained what i needed and alass... she offered to exchane it.... These two women treat men and women differently... then my gf came in and they BOTH lied to her face and said they offered to exchange it... I CANT STAND LIARS AND CHEATERS!!!! Dont shop at this place in the Lake Charles mall!!!!"

"Was told that the aqua di gio parfum would smell exactly like the pour homme. Paid a extra $40 so it would last longer . It smells nothing like the stuff I wanted. Now I'm out $135. Thanks for your lack of knowledge and ripping me off."

"If I could give half stars or zero stars, I would.Today I walked into the store with my friend. I had my service dog with me a little African-American lady behind the desk, said that I could not have my service dog in there. I told her no she’s a service dog she said no corporate rules we can’t have a dog in here. I repeatedly told her it was illegal and that she was a service dog and she would not listen to me, now I’m gonna end up going up to the office and making a complaint. Don’t buy any of your stuff from here."

"Really like the perfume and colonge we picked out. The lady that was waiting on me was not super friendly or really even trying to make a sale. The lady my mother-in-law had was. If I wouldn't of been listening I wouldn't of learned how to make my perfume last longer. I did end of saving 95bucks though."
