"My granddaughter signed a lease for a rental home on Mustang in Deridder. She moved in on September 1. Water had not been turned on but, even on a holiday weekend, they were able to get it turned on. Now… the air conditioning was working on the Friday when she moved in. By Saturday morning the unit shut completely off and would not run. My granddaughter called the so called emergency number to get help. Left messages. NO ONE CALLED HER For 3 days while she suffered in this UNBEARABLE heat in that house waiting for someone to help her. A repair guy showed up Tuesday afternoon, so said fixed it. It shut off again and the office said no one could get to her until Wednesday morning AGAIN leaving her in a HOT HOUSE. We had to purchase a small window unit for her so she can at least be comfortable in one room. Plus, my granddaughter has a broken wrist is in a sling and dealing with this incompetent company and their ignorance. Our granddaughter deserves better and it’s a shame this business could care less."
