"Best place to rent in all of Leesville, New Llano, and DeRidder. Prior to moving to Leesville, I looked in all of the above mentioned areas and nothing compared to the price, location, amenities, and QUALITY of Sycamore Point (trust me, the other communities were not maintained). Joanna and Tammy were the usual ladies I interacted with and were always professional, helpful, and accommodating. I lived here for 3 years and only had one big issue, which was the pipe bursting from the water heater (these are older apartment homes) but maintenance was quick to respond. The community is quiet, clean and well maintained. I didn't have any children or pets but the community is children and pet friendly with the play grounds, courts and dog park. The gym was newly built and offers new equipment. If there were any complaints about trash or pet feces, the main office would quickly address it. Sycamore Point also does a lot of holiday and special occasion giveaways and events. After the hurricane that hit, they even gave away free ice to tenants. I always felt they really looked out for and took care of their tenants. When I moved out, I had no issues and it took me less than 5 mins to turn in keys, minimal paperwork and I received my full deposit in a timely manner. I also recommended a new tenant and received the $250 credit to rent. There's really nothing bad I can say about Sycamore. I appreciated the genuineness of the workers and owners to provide such a great living environment."

"Tremendous experience living here. Excellent staff (thank you Joanna and Tammy!) who are friendly and very helpful. Maintenance issues (just had two small ones in two years) fixed quickly. This complex is centrally located between Leesville and post. I worked on North Fort and it was about 15 mins door to door, easy commute. Nice and clean weight room. Good long road on backside for road biking. Definitely recommend!!"

"I love it here! I came from an awful apartment experience so I was super hesitant. It has been such a relief moving here! The main office ladies are wonderful and so kind and helpful! They’re maintenance crew is awesome and fix issues so fast! I know a good maintenance crew is hard to come by these days! The apartment was so clean when we moved in. They were also so helpful when I was trying to plan a move all the way from Virginia. The neighborhood is so nice with walking paths, a pool, dog park and a super nice gym. I honestly have no complaints!"
