"Disabled Veteran I bought a home listed by Kristi, only to find out power box was removed and we were told it was move in ready, and she knew we would be moving right in. Previous owners left everything behind, this we also were never told. This means she took her commission on this property and never walked through it all the days leading up to signing day. Also, once we paid someone to install a ground wire we could finally have the power box reinstalled by power company we turned on water. Guess what? Kristi’s listing had every single water line busted. Thousands of dollars to install all new plumbing in this home. I don’t have to tell you this was a nightmare that was never told to us. Even if your home is sold to you as is, everything must be told to you upfront! We had to camp in our home for two weeks. Spending money we didn’t anticipate just to make it livable. Very misleading practice by listing agent. We were told she drove by this listing daily, which was even harder for us to accept. I would ask other agents multiple questions in writing about any home she is listing agent on. Do this so you have legal recourse if what was done to us is done to you! Protect yourself please. This was very hard on us financially and emotionally and is unnecessary under Louisiana Real Estate Laws."

"Property was represented as com/residential. And it wasn't. Then I asked if I could park vehicles on property after I gave 500 dollars earnest money, which I was notified, I had to pay after the deal was made. Mind you I am paying cash for the property."
