"Pretty disappointed. We contacted Tom regarding property. Made an appointment. He came down with the flu so we went and looked at it. Later sent him a text saying we wanted to put an offer on it. Didn't hear from him we figured he was running a fever and was sleeping. The next day around 11am we got a message saying we better put in a good offer because someone had just put an offer on it.
