"Do not support this company. They overwork their employees and pay them little in return, threatening to fire them over any inconvenience, while not following through on the most basic employment promises. A relative of mine worked there for about a year. In that time he would work his way up to the status of "Senior Salesman", meaning he had been there longer than anyone else! In only a year. The turnover rate is that high. After working 7 days a week for many months, as dictated by management, with no schedule compromise, he finnaly put in his two weeks. After a week he decided to extend that to 4 weeks to help give management more time to find a replacement for him. On the 3rd week he sold a house, which he would earn a sizeable commission for. The next Saturday morning he called in sick for the for time in months, and they immediately fired him for "unrelated reasons regarding a customer's dissatisfaction". Now they refuse to pay him for his commission and his unused vacation time, after stating he would at least get the commission after termination. His name is on the home's paperwork but will receive nothing for the hard work put into sell it. All because this scummy company has no respect for their most loyal employees. They'd rather fire them then pay them what they were promised. This isn't even the worst story ive heard out of this company. Upper management has fired employees in virtual meetings over the most minor disagreements. My relative witnessed it happen a few times. In one instance an executive asked the group, "Does anyone disagree with any of our new sales guidelines?" One man raised his hand and the executive fired him immediately. It honestly sounds like something out of fiction but this is a real company. I am currently the market for mobile homes and was debating buying one of their double wides. They have a good selection and several models meet my needs, but I refuse to buy or live in a home thats sold by people like this."

"We bought a 2bdr unit from This place that needed repairs and paint before delivery we were told the repairs would be finished. It has been 10 weeks and no repairs. No answers except that it will be more weeks until completion. My husband went by and the sales team HID from him! We are a small business and bought the unit specifically for airbnb rental. Our money is now tied up in this unit that isn't completed And our business is loosing money daily. Do not believe anything the sales manager says. The building doesn't come with a HUD plate and the permit office wasn't happy about that So we had to rewire the power. And the air conditioning units weren't even properly wired. We paid for skirting and steps and neither have been delivered! The outside of the unit has 3 different types of wood, some rotted and isn't painted. It is an eyesore."

Don is very patient and able to answer all our questions and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the homes. Our first visit was to walk through some of the homes and get info. We will be returning soon to make a decision on a modular."
