The carriage-house has been converted into two rooms, a queen room, and a king suite, with plans for a two-room suite in 2024.

"Huffman Manor is by far my most favorite B&B that I have ever stayed in. It is the most beautiful home with a wonderful history, all of the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so accommodating and just the best! Highly recommend!!"
"Lovely breakfasts provided by a lovely couple. The rooms are upstairs, so not really handicapped friendly. Not a fan of pedestal sinks without nearby surfaces for "morning ritual" items. Huge room. Very period-accurate bathrooms. Hidden electronics adds to the period experience."
"Some friends surprised my wife and I with an overnight stay at Huffman Manor. Jim and Kim were fantastic hosts. They have done a great job of keeping the history of the house intact as they transition it from the previous owner's restaurant style home back into a home for bed and breakfast. The rooms are very nice, full of history and beds were comfortable. Whether passing through the area on a vacation or just a night or two get away, Huffman Manor is the place to stop in at. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful setting and neighborhood area. Will definitely be back to stay again for a weekend change of scenery getaway. Thanks Jim and Kim!!"

"The neighborhood is extremely quiet, the place clean and very cozy. Beds are comfy and bathrooms fully stacked. All details are thought of by the owners who were very welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was an absolute treat, I would strongly recommend this stay to anyone traveling through this part of Louisiana!"
