"Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful. I've been here a year now and I can count on one hand how many times something needed to be fixed. When something needed to be fixed it didn't take Michael long to come fix it. Michael is also friendly and TALKATIVE. These are the only apartments in Minden that have a balcony."
"Pool is broke and they are allowing people to swim in stagnant water. Scrap metal and broken appliances litter the complex. Rotting wood on every building. There’s no actual ductwork for the a/c so the units run constantly and the electric bills are high. Stray cats and trash everywhere."
"They are not new. They are quick to fix something if it goes wrong. I have never smelled cats in the office. People are prone to ditch their pets without care. Sometimes we feed them. (Away from our apartment. The office and staff are as good as you get and lots better than most. Without my husband with me, I am as at home as I ever will be again. I find no fault to complain about. My neighbors are friendly. The grounds are kept up and I feel safe."
"We enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and are quick to help whenever we have a question or an issue that has needed addressed. The layout of the apartment is nice as are the washer/dryer connections. Large, spacious apartments for the price! Edit: We like Lamplighter so much, we are choosing to move back there to live."
