"We came here a few years back in 2021 during the winter storm in February. Electricity was out all over. We called this place and I asked the guy who answered if they were full, his response was come and see. My mom was hesitant. A few hours later after driving around looking for a room, I called back. The same guy answered and said to come see. When we got there, they had two rooms available. We booked both rooms for a few nights.so grateful we found a place that was warm with hot running water and Internet. The guy at the front loved my name and he remembered it, as that's really uncommon. Anyway, God Bless him wherever he is ❤️"

"Used to be a great place to get a room, but when ur told to come back at 4 all rooms will be available and u show up at for and are only told smoking singles are available kinda puts ya in a sour mood. Even asked if i could pay for a room and come back was told no, even the sign says check in is at 1."

"Two hours out I called to make a reservation and was told the hotel wasn't full and a reservation wasn't needed. I arrived two hours later and when I ask to look at the room I was told I couldn't see the room until I paid for it. Then I was told there were no rooms available. Needless to say i wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"Cockroach infested. Hotel staff was extremely rude. When we asked the manager to come take a look at the roaches in our room, he said no. He stood at the door, turned his head away and yelled at us; calling us liars and yelling about how we weren't going to get a refund. He basically just told my family and I (including a 7 month old baby) to "shut up and deal with it" in so many words. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. EVER. You'd have more accomodations at a highway rest area."

"I have no complaints about this location. It was tucked away from the city traffic. Outside the building looked a bit outdated, but our rooms were very updated sleek, and comfortable. The bed and pillows felt like a cloud! Our A/C also worked well. My husband ended up turning the temp higher because even he got cold in the middle of the night. They DO accept pets for an additional fee for those looking for a pet friendly location. This is a perk as we sometimes travel with a dog. The only down fall we noticed was there was no guest shampoo in the room. It's not a big issue for us as we travel with more than enough toiletries while on business, but something I'd point out."
