TPN Rentals

"TPN rentals was good to us in the beginning (when we first got our rental last year) and were very understanding about our animals/ fees etc. Unfortunately our experience has changed- our AC has not been working correctly for about a month now and they have not been communicating properly with us and the AC company. Our house has been over 85 degrees for over a week and we have 3 kids at home. I am very disappointed that there does not seem to be a sense of urgency on this matter. One of the agents even laughed at me during our phone conversation. I am not impressed and will be looking elsewhere if this issue is not fixed asap."
