"I have been with Cedarhills Senior Housing for 5 years now. I have been in meetings with Miss Samantha about the staff lack of support and service with a smile. I have been in meetings with the tenants asking all to see that we all equal in living here. HUD has been watching. 2023 I am hearing people say afraid. I hope Cedarhills will make more improvements"

"The management is constantly coming into the apartments inspecting things,repairs & remodeling. They are always bothering these senior citizens. The lady in the office Samantha has an ugly attitude & does not treat the senior citizens with respect. My loved one is always worried because she is always picking on them & threatening them. I also have a problem with the policy of making those old senior go outside so far away in the back to smoke. That is very dangerous. I don’t know if you realize or not, but this place is in cedar grove & it’s not always safe for the senior citizens to be outside like that. This place should be peaceful but it’s not. Samantha makes this place a living hell for these senior citizens. My loved one always tell me about all of these bad things she say & does. I surely would like to speak with the owners, but I know she’ll really be picking on those old fragile folks and try to retaliate. Another thing, every time social security give these little people a raise, Cedar Hill take most of the raise. So not fair!!"
"My living experience here has not been comfortable. The noise level here is terrible. There is a train that runs just across from my apartment that runs by blowing it's horn every 2 hours or so. There is a lot of noise in the hallway both day & night. Doors slamming, talking,etc.The fire alarm goes off frequently so loud it literally hurts my ears! The management is constantly coming into the apartments inspecting things,repairs & remodeling no peace,nerve wracking. Hard to relax & no sleeping past 8 in the morning. Hard to sleep at night with the train noise.No immentities here no cable, WiFi or Internet unless resident pays for it themselves."
