"Where do I start with this place? First the day before my move in date I’m called and told that the unit is no longer available, I was told that I can either rent a more expensive apartment or wait two months for an available one either way I wasn’t getting my deposit back so I was forced to move into a more expensive unit. First the rent was $815 next thing I know by my 4th month I’m paying $950, they scam incredibly hard. The amount of hidden fees that pop up after being there for so long is insane. I was moved into this apartment without being able to view it first, as a first time renter I couldn’t see the red flags this place had. Once I got into the apartment 4 out of the five doors in the unit didn’t even shut, the drawers were superglued together and not even on the tracks. The amount of dead bugs above the stove was disgusting. All of the cabinets are just painted over and not nicely they’re sticky to the touch, the “brand new” appliances had mold in them. After about 6 months I got an eviction notice that I was $2000 behind on rent, I’m sorry what? My payment was on auto pay, and anytime i would try to contact the office within the 5 day notice, the landlord was on lunch break. Not to mention my second day in the complex there was a shooting at the building next to me that killed a man. While I was there, there was about 6-7 shootings. This place is not safe for you or your children, it’s disgusting, poorly managed, and incredibly overpriced. Do not make the mistake of moving here."

"This was the worst rental experience. I requested a tour of the properties. Unbeknownst to me an automated service scheduled me. I arrived to the property to be told they had NO THREE BEDROOMS available no matter what the automated machine stated. The leasing agent was very much unconcerned and borderline rude. All I could say was thank you Lord for saving me from a sure horrible renting experience in the future. Very unprofessional"

"SCAM ALERT.... all availability dates online are not accurate! They will take your application fee for an apartment and then tell you the apartment is available to move in months after the date posted online. Staff is also very unhelpful and doesn't care."

"Horrible since day one!!! Rude managers! Had the apartment upstairs leaking into my bathroom since day one. It took 2 months to get someone to even walk in my apartment to see what what I was talking about. Then another month to get it fixed! So three months on that! Now my living room, bedroom, and hallway gets flooded when ever it rains. This has gone on for months as well. Still nothing get done. Besides putting three loud fans in the apartment to run 24 hours a day. CRAZY!!! My electric bill is going to be nuts! New manager is rude as HELL! So over this! I do not recommend anyone to come here! Can't wait until I'm out of my lease!"
