"I currently live here and I can see the changes being made but my neighbors upstairs are super loud her son runs all day he jumps from the bed to the floor none stop my fire alarm fell from the vibration of the ceiling my ceiling fan was working fine but due to all the noise and vibrations from upstairs my fan has an electrical issue my windows sound like they are about to bust at anytime it’s horrible I have reported the issue several times and I’m not getting any help which is giving them the right to continue with the outright disrespect and noise I offered to fix the property manager dinner so she could experience what I’m experiencing My neighbors boyfriend walked passed my ring doorbell camera and made a motion like he was going to shoot inside my apartment I emailed the video to management nothing has happened I was in my unit first I’m not the issue but it feels like I have no rights to peacefully live in my apartment my friends will not visit because of the noise and if they do they will leave and say I’m sorry I can’t do all that noise so if you plan on moving here don’t move down stairs I had no problem until they moved in"
"This apartment complex is very neat and professional. My son and his roommate were looking for an apartment to rent. The moment I stepped into this office I felt genuine friendly professional ladies by the names of Sandra and Tiffany! I mean nothing phony nor fake genuinely felt welcome. This was the only complex out of the 6 we visited that was professional and very clean. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with our search. An apartment was available for lease and you better believe we jumped right on it. Why can't all places be like Summer Tree? You property owners better keep these two beautiful amazing jewels❤❤❤❤"
"Living in this apartment complex was hassle free and I loved it. It was quiet. My neighbors had their moments where there was a battle of disturbance and I would be in trouble, had a roommate and former friend that was displaced needing to stay. Things were fine and if I ever was behind on rent they would be understanding. Up until my fiancé at the time was shot and nearly killed, I was forced to move out due to those circumstances as I was advised to do so by law enforcement and an attorney I had documentation proving the entire situation, others were murdered in the situation where my fiancé was shot. Now upon my leaving I spoke with management and asked was there a payment needed for me to break this lease, as this is actually federal law if you feel you are in danger in any situation or advised to leave a property you are able to do so but of course management seemed okay with the move but within 2-3 months I received a contact from a collection agency stating I must pay the debt. I tried to dispute it and provide my documentation but of course there was no way of disputing it. But documentation was sent to me saying I skipped?!!!! Or abandoned the apartment?! I went to the corporate property management which was FSS Property Management to give them the situation and paperwork to prove it now I was not above paying the last or remaining month rent but paying the remainder of the lease I was not able to do. Now i am trying to get an apartment after being told to relocate can’t even do that. I am upset and this is inconveniencing me entirely. I also am not able to lease anywhere due to apartment debt of over 3,000 dollars. This is unfair to me I’m not mad with the apartment manager per say but it’s just been a nightmare. If you break a lease here even if it’s a domestic or dangerous manner be prepared for consequences or try not to lease for a long period because anything can happen..."
"Will not enforce drug policy at all. Fiancé is allergic to marijuana and multiple times it has leaked from the neighbors apartments and they refuse to do anything about it. Come here if ya love the smell of weed and bad decisions. UPDATE 10/23/18 Came home to neighbors openly smoking pot on their front porch. Entire parking lot smelled of weed. What’s the use of a drug policy if it’s never enforced? Clause 22 in the lease clearly states it is not tolerated, yet managements actions state otherwise. Update 10/27/18 Came home to apartment smelling like weed. Apartment manager not returning calls. After hours call service just wants to get curtesy officer involved that just does nothing. Caddo Narcotics would have a field day here Update: 3/6/19 came home to strong drug smell in the apartment. Called after hours number and reported it once again. Seems like SPD won’t do anything about apartments 278 and 177 and their love of everything weed and drugs."
"Nice grounds, neighbours play music on the car stereo which interrupts sleep. Live here for sometime and move here because it was gated. Now tiff raff comes in dumping there garbage in the dumpsters and they use the laundry mat more often than the tenants because they use all the washers and dryers.if you don't stay with your wash, the riff raff will steal it. The manager does not care about these issues and allowing non tenants to use dumpters and laundry invites crime. If they can use our amenities. Why not break in and steal our thinks and please forbid a shot out, which has happened causing tenants to move, maybe the manager wants a ghetto here since she allows our amenities to be use by the public. I moved here do to the fact it was he hated, but has not been in over a year. Don't feel safe and the manager does not care to do her job. Nice ground is why I have a 3"
