"Don’t go to cigarette city in westwego I been going there to get my vapes and I had to go back twice and get a new vape cause it stopped working on me within the first hour and when I went back to day to get other one same thing but this time I didn’t even make it out the parking lot went back in to tell them and they started accusing me saying I went to my car and got a old one and that the one they just sold me was dirty and was all scratched up at the top and the guy went in the office with it and would not give me another one or my money back all they was worried about was been out $12.00 and I was like what about me I have no vape or my money"

"Always shopped (past tense) here but today was odd I stood 6 feet behind the lady in line another old lady came from the back of the store with a diet coke she overlooked me as if I was not there for the whole transaction of the lady in front of me and when I mentioned it she blew me off and was gossiping with the other customers about my comments... how rude to be upset or talk mess when your dead wrong for skipping and not acknowledging my presence SMH I but the smoke spray ash trays rolling trays etc from there but lucky right down the street has more so I guess this lucky libra is Goin to shop at lucky"

"Always friendly! The people here are really great. They will go out of their way to help if they can. The prices on the cigarettes are the best around and they also carry many other products such as chips and snacks. They also have room diffusers and incense. If you like the price on the cigarettes you also like the price on the many alcohol products as well. They have beer and wine and champagne. They also have great prices on Crown Royal Jagermeister etc etc!"
