"Excellent service and the young lady helping me had such a prompt and extensive knowledge of everything in that store. From nuts and bolts to plumbing to marine paint and viscosities. I was truly impressed and amazed at how quickly and thoroughly she helped me with such knowledge and such friendly customer service. I'm a 60 yr old handicapped veteran who still considers himself very self serving. This friendly service and fast service was extremely satisfying in today day and age. I wholly reccomend these people for the small jobs, no lumber or commercial orders that larger stores accommodate. But if you want personal friendly service for marine,hardware, or outdoors cooking then these are the people. I live in Terrytown and drive to Westwego to get my hardware needs."

"Went in and asked for help with a plumbing problem... The store wasn't busy so the manager and two workers came...gave me very personal and expert advice and service! They were kind to an old man working on a project and helped immensely! The store is a little out off the beaten path but so worth the trip. Home Depot, Lowes such at customer service compared to these guys! They may not have everything...but they can tell you where to get it! Thanks guys!"
