"I’ve always had a good experience here, a lot of these negative reviews are off topic or flat out racist. The staff is kind and has never been even slightly rude, and I got to this location fairly often"
"Nice Gas station. Good place to fill up and grab a quick snack or hotdog"
"The Spanish women at the counter have a horrible attitude I will not be spending my money here EVER!!!! She has the most nasty attitude BEWARE"
"The staff at the West Metairie location at the corner of Elise Street are extremely disrespectful, always rolling their eyes at their customers whenever the customers or asking them questions for speaking. They like to ignore you as well when you're asking them if they know where a product is in the store. And when you're checking out and you're finished and you say thank you they don't look at you they don't speak they roll their eyes and they're good for yanking money out of your hand. I've been going there for 35 plus years and never once had we had any problems like we've been having see past 6 months and the new ladies that they have working there now a very prejudice towards Caucasian people. Always talking disgraceful prejudice remarks about White people looking like ( Crack Heads ) , White people always Wrinkle faster then Black People because God Blessed Caucasian with the ability to Die Faster. Where is Mr. DIAZ FINDING THESE 3 woman . This morning (8:09 a.m. ) both ladies yes Black women treated me and my daughter Very Very Poorly, Constantly rolling eyes as my daughter spoke to them as she is always friendly to the Staffs because my daughter has Cancer and Brain and Spinal Disease So she APPRECIATES HER FREEDOM & LIFE and all those around her as if the moment as we speak is her last . But besides constantly rolling there eyes at her and then not Speaking to her but when she asked for her Receipt the lady the elderly one had the nerve to say ( YOU SHOULD'VE ASKED IN THE BEGINNING, NOT WHEN IM READY TO DO SOMETHING ELSE.) The young lady who wrong me up kept CATCHING A UGLY ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME ALL BECAUSE ( Yes I asked for a pack of cigarettes for my father whose not allowed to drive. And Because she didn't know exactly where and what kind of cigarettes I was asking for even though I REPEATEDLY REPEATEDLY ASKED AND TOLD HER WHAT KIND EVEN POINTED IN THE DIRECTION AN EXPLAINED WHAT WAS CLOSEST TO THE PAXKYET I GOT EYES ROLLED ) & she made sure to leave it with a Smart Remark ( MA'AM please learn to smoke a more convenient brand next time .. I Hope Someone Takes Care And Addresses The Problem Directly TOWARDS The 2 Main New Lady Cashiers Before Multiple People Start Complaining. Because In That Particular Neighborhood There's Already Dozens Of Complaints And Hopefully Addressed Before Someone Brings It To The Higher-ups."
"Second time coming to this store. I was in and out for the 1st trip. Stopped in this morning, the hotdog machine was empty. Like there was no cheese and the chili was old and hard as it came OUT of the dispenser. I also purchased TWO zebra cakes for my baby. Both of which were freaking expired. So if you must purchase goods out this specific store please check the expiration dates on anything before purchasing. The trash was overflowing beside the coffee station and the pizza slices were old. They honestly looked as if they had been there under the lamp for a few days. Won’t be giving my business to this store anymore."
