"I was rescheduled, and at the rescheduled appt they waited an hour to tell me I can’t be seen do to a balance I was not aware of. The statement given to me was “if you would have tried to make small payments here and there, then we could’ve taken you” That’s impossible if I was not aware of an overdue balance. I will not be coming back. The communication is awful."
