"Huge fans of Escape Rooms... here, not so much. For starters, we were dropped off and got stuck outside waiting in 100 degree heat because their employee was late. Not only late, but we had to call the Destin location and have them start calling around to "find" the employee. Rooms are small and cluttered. The guest number allowed is too many. We did two rooms, one at full capacity and they were smothered. The 2nd, my boy stayed home sick with his Dad, and, honestly, I couldn't imagine them fitting in the room with us. Also, they refused to refund their two spots. After winning, the end was very unorganized. We had to ask for pictures. There wasn't really a spot to take them. It was very amateur for the same high dollar prices."

"The owner of this place is OUTRAGEOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. She mistreats her employees by gaslighting them when they disclose details of mental and physical health and illness. She gossips about employees to other employees with no regard for who is around. If you are looking for employment RUN! Who would want to attend a business that mistreats employees! If I could give negative stars I would."

"We made reservations just a few hours before arrival. Super excited about the availability. We made it early and they were able to get us into the room early. We did The Cabin a 30 min room. It was lots of fun and we enjoyed our time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would come back and do the other rooms."

"We approached with caution, knowing what cinematic escape room experiences can bring. Did we know what we were in for? Not at all. The front room is slightly unwelcoming but the workers at the front desk were quite nice and helpful. As we brought our group to bear, we were ready for a fantastic experience anticipating the best. We walked down a short hallway lined with doors. The host attempted to give us an introduction to the room but we are a little silly so we broke his flow. No big deal. The room was simple. There were locks on doors. Decent puzzles and ciphers that were mostly out of place. Were we immersed? Not really. Was it an adequate room? Yes. It had puzzles, it was fun. Employees were nice. Our biggest gripe? The Price. $30 a person for the quality is a little much. I have paid less for TONS more. Although this buisness is new and needs to pay the bills so do what you got to do. TLDR: Decent Game, Good Employees, Kind of pricey for my tastes."
