"This rating is for the extremely unprofessional staff (one particular staff member) of Dr. Green. Dr. Green is an extraordinary doctor and I haven’t had a doctor more caring. It’s the woman who answers the phone in the morning who needs to be fired. She answers talking in my ear asking a coworker to warm her breakfast in the microwave. I’m calling on a rx matter, because it hasn’t been refilled. I called a month ago to ask if I had to set an appointment to receive a refill, and was told that I didn’t have to, that the rx was already filled just not processed. Well it still hasn’t been processed or filled, still I’m told I don’t need an appointment, and she says she’s filling my rx today, and the pharmacy says NO RX WAS PUT IN!! Not to mention she purposely sent it to the wrong pharmacy and TOLD ME TO CALL THEM MYSELF TO CHANGE PHARMACIES because she couldn’t find my pharmacy on Google. I also mentioned to the woman that I sent in a MyChart message weeks ago on this matter and received no response. She never acknowledged that, or even apologized. Because she’s too busy with her breakfast. I could have still been receiving my rx on time and this all could have been avoided if this unprofessional woman was never hired."

"They are very unprofessional I waited in the waiting room for an hour their was 8 people waiting to see the same doctor all for the same appointment time! I have been going to them for years even before my pregnancy and today was the worst experience ever. No one bothered to say I’m sorry we running behind on schedule or anything. After waiting an hour I had to ask how much longer I have to wait and they told me it was still 2 more people before me by this time I’ve already waited an hour an was late picking my daughter up from school! I will not be returning. I need to find an obgyn that’s more professional considerate and more organized"
