"I recently had to go to the Urgent Care Clinic in Metairie and was pleased with the atmosphere of the facility. For an Urgent Care location, it really does not fully feel like a clinic. The staff was very polite and took their time with questions and documenting. When Dr. Winn came in, she was thorough and active listened to me. Even though I had a sinus infection, she was very clear in walking me through the next steps to feeling better.
