"Unprofessional. They don't know when they're supposed to close. One week you all close at noon, then the next it is 11AM. If you ask me, they don't want to actually be at their jobs. Versailles Clinic is very convenient, however, the nurses are very indifferent towards their work. I've been coming here for years and it has remained this way. Additionally please learn how to speak to patients. Many time they don't answer the phone for a simple Inquiry."

"I came in and told dr. Minh dao how my body been acting, how I’ve been feeling. We both knew that I’m fatigued. He then recommended me to drink coffee three times a day. I clearly told him that I stopped drinking coffee for a couple of reasons and I been drinking green tea every morning now, but he keeps insisting that I go back and not only drink it everyday, he said drink it three times a day. He sees the frustrations on my face that I did not like what he recommended me, so he tells me to drink Red Bull in the morning everyday. That’s when I knew that I wasted my time and money coming to this clinic. This man did nothing to help me and I’m still suffering from fatigued. I have no energy to do anything no energy to go work and make a living for my family and now I’m depressed and stressed. I didn’t think it’ll get worst then it already was but it did, the medication he prescribed me was prenatal supplements. I’m not even pregnant and I know what the supplements do, and it’s no where near what I needed. I’ve been in this clinic 4 times and pay out of pocket to see the dr. This is the last time they take my money. Will never recommend this place."

"I never had a prob with dr Dao before but this particular day dk what his problem was but he talked over me this day after I told him I get bad muscle spasms still gave me arthritis pills when I needed a muscle relaxers for my back I had injury 2 my back when I was little but he wouldnt know that bc he never ask crazy doctor think I'm just coming to ask for pills u wouldve thought I come ask for narcotics r something must got me confused with someone else bc everytime I went to him I was sick with infection or something never ask them ppl for nothing but its ok its gonna b my last visit .on top of all this u know whats funny you gave me high blood pressure pills though without doing any bloodwork though bc evrytime I came there it was elevated he try and tell me bout a proven medical fact well ur blood pressure can be elevated from anything after u take a shower or if u just finished running but u woukdnt know that c u didn't ask and for that reason I give this clinic one star u misjudgedme for somebody else that I'm not should report you for discrimination bc I don't use muscle relaxers on a daily only when my back aches and that's a proven fact!!!! Glad its not my primary doctor"
