"Long-time back problem-haver. My back went out late in the evening, so I was able to make an online appt for the next morning at this location. Uploaded my insurance and everything. Check-in was fast and easy and staff got me in the appt room doing triage within ten minutes— I think even earlier than my appt time. The staff who took my vitals was very personable and I loved chatting with her. My doctor was knowledgeable// and with her guidance and prescriptions (and a few back injections), I was up and walking later in the day. Couldn’t even walk the night before. I’ve never had this good of treatment results so quickly- you saved me for a very important event this weekend and I thought I’d be laid up for it! Great doctor; she explained everything and was very patient with me while I was in a lot of pain. THANK YOU!!!! I’m so glad you’re in the neighborhood!!! This treatment got me back on my feet without any opioids! :)"

His astuteness quickly identified the issue, providing a diagnosis in a fraction of the time and cost compared to an emergency room visit. His genuine care and empathy made me feel well-cared-for, and after over 10 days of misery, I started feeling like myself again within just 12 hours of the visit. "This place is so disorganized! They called my prescription in to the wrong pharmacy twice. Once while I was on the phone with them giving specific directions. I told the woman on the phone she was using the wrong pharmacy while she was doing it. She did it anyway then asked if I could do her a favor and just use that pharmacy. This caused my treatment to be delayed 24 hours. Several days later they called me with test results but said they didn’t know what happened to my blood and I had to come back in. Upon arrival I was told my blood wasn’t lost and it was just picked up at a different time. I informed them they had called me to tell me to come back in. Everyone looked confused and walked away leaving me to sit in the lobby. Finally they decided to draw blood again but never could confirm where my original blood ended up. The doctor that I saw originally came and spoke with me at that point. She seems like a quality doctor and was very apologetic. She was frustrated with my story and promised to get to the bottom of things."

"Wasn't feeling well so I decided to go to the urgent care on Canal only for them to not take my insurance so I asked around and was recommended to Urgent Care Eleven. I arrived and was greeted warmly. Even though I was a walk in I was seen within 15 minutes. Once I told the nurse my symptoms she swab me for the flu and strep. I tested positive for strep. The doctor came in and did her examine. She was gentle and professional at the same time. I appreciate the lady's that took great care of me."
