"I recently had arthroscopic knee surgery , I was very nervous and unsure of the staff there,but was soon relieved of my worries. The staff,meaning DR'S NURSES,EVEN The anesthesiologist WERE all so kind and patience making sure I understood the procedure i was having ,they made sure I was in no pain before being released. They talked too me instead of talking at me with backs turned and heads on charts..for some reason My overall experience gives me a different outlook on surgery as well as those of the Surgical staff Ii truly felt cared for and even received a follow-up phone call the following day...I highly recommend this location."

"My sister had surgery today 5/25/23. Surgery went well but no doctor ever called or came to inform family of anything, even though the hospital said that they would contact us as soon as the procedure was over. Never happened. We were in waiting room from 5:47am-3:00 pm with no contact from anyone. Very disappointed with the care and feelings of her family left in the dark for soooo long. I mean it’s not that difficult to text or call a family member I don’t have to see you in person if you too busy."
