"I have cataract surgery. Before the surgery, I paid everything upfront. I confirm with billing lady at eye surgery that I have have NO MORE bill after the surgery. The financial lady confirmed with me. After the surgery, I received bill from Zephyr Anesthesia, i brought to eye surgery centers to ask. And she confirmed with me I shouldn’t receive anybill. She tried to call Zephyr Anesthesia and no one pick the phone or reply her email. I personally called Zephyr Anesthesia since Dec of 2023. After long wait, they drop my call. I tried again, again and again. The phone line drop at final step ( on queue for agents) I wait one week, sat still at my desk no moving. Finally, I talked to agents. I beg them call me back if the call is dropped. They said their system don’t allow them to do it. What kind of customer service is that??! While they put me on hold to check this check that, the call is dropped again. They still send the bill to debt collectors. This company is really bad even though they are high professional fields."

"They are scammers. I was told they have a total amount insurance covers and they figure it out and then let patient know how much they owe. Three times now I get another bill for more money owed . Yet I payed it all when they told me . Seems a little fishy. Again I was told from them how they come up with the number so it doesn't make sense that number would change unless there are complications , in which every time doctor said they finished faster then expected. Go with a more honest company."
