"To whom it may concern, I've been a patient of Dr. Tran for about two years; before Dr. Tran took over, I was under the care of Dr. Siegel. On May 16, 2023, I had a doctor's appointment with Dr. Tran at 9:00 AM. However, I am a full-time nursing student who had to take an exam which made me run late for my appointment. I call to ahead to let them know I was running late. Once I showed up, they made it seem as if I didn't call. After waiting about 10 minutes, Dr. Tran's Incompetent Medical assistant (Dekota), who was unprofessional, came out to speak with me. She was very rude with a last attitude. At this point, if I have to deal with someone who seems uneducated and very unprofessional I have to find a new PCP. I'm sorry but when you are offering services to customers. You should know how to conduct yourself in a manner where you are customer service friendly."

"The lady at the front (I wish I could remember her name she was SO sweet) we aren't from the area so she stayed on the phone with me to make sure we found it and I was worried we would miss our appointment she told me to calm down Mamma it'll be okay and reassured me we wouldn't. I had let her know my son has autism while we were on the phone and as soon as we got there we were greeted with a drink and snacks for my son, and toys from the sensory box they have (I wasnt expecting this at all- we have never been to a place that's even had one so this brought tears to my eyes; my son absolutely loved it and had a blast) so thank you SO much! The nurse Michelle is hands down the BEST nurse. So friendly and sweet! The DR shared a bit of tips with us that I thought were very helpful to help make going to the bathroom easier when he's experiencing GI issue. She spent a decent amount of time in there with us along with the medical student who also was great as well. Very clean building and everyone we met was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Highly recommend!"
