"I arrived at 4:45pm and the receptionist had already turned off her computer. She said “ she would have to turn on the computer to help me”. I said “Ok”. As I stood waiting, she said she booked me for 9am the next day on Sunday. Considering it was an infection that only gets worse doing nothing, it is a disservice and unprofessional for a medical practice whose job it is to care for and help people to delay help because she would have to turn back on the computer. I stated that the group’s own doctor told me to go to Urgent Care or ER so it didn’t become septic. My visit the next day took less than 10 minutes. If you post 5pm as your closing time, honor it."

The doctor was very thorough and all staff listened patiently to my concerns. The doctor was able to diagnose and provide treatment and within 24 hours of that treatment she was on the mend!
