I was scheduled to meet with Heather. She cancelled my appointment day of because I had not seen the email requesting me to fill out paperwork. For a busy family in crisis, that is a crushing call to receive. Especially when you are looking forward to the appointment and longing for help. The attitude and rudeness I received from her is inexcusable in your business. I stand by my review. I'm sure you have other staff that are better. The one I was paired with was appalling."

Heather was always so helpful in regard to recommendations on how to support my kiddos in the school environment. The teachers and I were always grateful for her consults.
