They need new administration she allows any and everything and pretends to care ! It breaks. My heart just to know other family members are going threw the same god bless us all ."

"Don't take your loved ones here if you actually care about them. I saw verbal abuse (staff cursing at a resident). The amount of times the staff wouldn't do the simple task of wheeling a resident to their rooms for meals was nothing more than pure LAZINESS in my opinion. It takes TWO MINUTES out of your day to make friendly small talk with your assigned residents while wheeling them to their rooms! They're more concerned with playing on their phones than providing care though! The place is unorganized and dangerous too. A resident's family member entered the building one day and because they were unhappy with the care their relative received, they said they'd do harm to staff in the building. Is THAT somewhere you'd want your mom or dad?!? This facility is for that abusive uncle from your childhood that you want no contact with. You DO NOT want to stick a family member in here that you actually care about!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU TO TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE! I CRIED MULTIPLE TIMES!"

"Don't go there. My sister went to Waldon for rehab after a fall. They didn't do nearly as much rehab as she had been getting at home with home health care. She had worse mobility when she came out 21 days later than when she went in to Waldon. Most of the staff was inattentive. They didn't answer the call button when she fell out of her bed, and she had to stay on the floor for almost an hour. The morning after my sister was released from Waldon, she went to the ER with breathing problems and low oxygen. She had never had breathing problems before being in Waldon, but she died in the ICU two months later from a lung disease. The doctors never found the cause of the lung disease, although they ran many tests and tried many treatments during the time she was in the ICU. We think she picked up the incurable lung disease in that dirty Waldon place. The only reason my sister went to Waldon was because of her insurance. Petition your insurance company to go somewhere else, change your insurance company, or just stay at home if you can. That place should be shut down."

"If zero was possible that’s what the rate would be. Worst place to leave your loved ones . If the options are leaving them alone or bringing them here, leave them alone. I’ve never Seen anything like this. GHETTO to the 10th power. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Floors dirty, recliner dirty. SMH! Also, , the nurse told me that it was ok to give my relative water when he’s not supposed to have anything by mouth. The day nurse confirmed that the very next day that he shouldn’t be given anything by mouth. Seriously ? Do not even think about it. These people have a special reservation in hell."

"I went Thee today at 1:45 pm Sun, January 22, 2023 to donate pads like I’ve done in the past… I went to the door by the handicap parking as usual… I have RA & Fibromyalgia and today is a bad day, can hardly walk. There was a young man in there mopping, he asked whoever that was working in that office could he open the door, they told him No, a few times because I kept trying I did walk to the other end and left them but just know whoever that was blocked their blessings and that was just rude as hell"
