"Horrible I won't be back. The pediatric team is horrible (MA's and Secretaries) they all have attitudes and seem mad to be at work. I felt like I was a bother and very uncomfortable asking questions. I will be taking my children elsewhere."

"So yesterday I came to Westside pediatrics my four-year-old was denied service because they say she didn't have any Medicaid 2 days prior we went to Walgreens for albuterol saline and they denied it the first time but it was approved the second time because with I pediatrics had to approve it through the doctor but two days later when I came to you guys office y'all deny her service she went outside and had her asthma attack thank you guys thank you so much for having people who don't want to work for you guys the call center is rude when I got there you guys were rude I think everybody need to be fired but that's okay I'm calling better Business bureau oooooo starts"

"Dr. Joseph was fabulous. My son loves him. The medical assistant however needs patient care training or she should find another career path. She was not nice, patient, kind or even trying to fake a temperament of not liking what she does for a living."
