"I'm giving 2 stars because I had one therapist who listened to me. However, nobody told me he was there only temporarily and left back to his normal location. This is the second fyzical I went to after the first place had me standing and not listening to my medical issues. This place was slightly better, offering a dark room, and not making me stand when I can't. Ultimately, tho, it's not transparent. If I came from another location and needed better care, I don't understand why they'd have me work with someone who wasn't staying. Every time I went, I had to re-share about my medical issues. Some had changed. But Ultimately, I felt like I was having to tell someone who didn't believe me or thought they knew better than me about my diagnosis each time. Emotionally it was exhausting and it cut into my time for pt every time I went. When I shared different PT groups and info from a PT who has my illnesses, nobody ever wrote them down, so I assume they also didn't look at them. Either way, they didn't care to shift or follow up with me about it. I think this place is more for easy and common problems. Maybe if you had a common surgery they can help you. But I can't recommend them with a clear conscience after my experience giving lots of info that was never applied to my care plan after several weeks. It saddens me how much effort I put into getting treatment for my illnesses and disability only to be met by professionals who look at me like they don't know how to help or even try to learn. Or that they think my care doesn't need to be stable and they can put whomever in and out anytime, forcing me to re-explain what seems to be complex to them to understand. It's just not patient centered."

"Going to Fyzical for my shoulder/arm pain was the best decision! I now have full range of motion, and without pain. Sydney was able to zero in on my problem and get me back to my normal life. She is an absolute treasure! All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. They were also able to help me with some balance issues. If I have any other problems in the future, I will be returning to Fyzical!"

"I came in following a complex shoulder surgery consisting of multiple tendon tear repairs, labrum repair , and bursar sack removal. I had been through this before with my other shoulder so I knew the road I was going down. Sydney was my therapist and she did a great job of having a plan and progression laid out for me each session that had me done in time to complete my assignment during my lunch and get back to work on time. She also let me know what exercises I should do at home between sessions and what exercises I should take it easy on until the next session. Thanks to Sydney and everyone at Fyzical !"
