"Seen timely by an efficient, competent and friendly staff. The Pa/nurse was attentive and detailed in gathering information, and he was pleasant as he did. Didn’t get his name. Dr. Paul was thorough in questioning and examining me and with a friendly demeanor. She answered all my questions. Her diagnosis, prognosis and medication instructions were clearly stated. The printed summary has been helpful. All A+. (I forgot to mention the friendly nurse who injected the meds. Also very friendly, but even more, skilled! Painless. Thanks!)"

"The wait was normal for walk in. Especially since the location on Cadiz & Napoleon was closed.& the website didn’t mention that until u arrived there with a notice on the door. The staff was very professional, Kind & friendly starting with the receptionist, the 2 nurses & the Dr K Paul, Hopefully I won’t need any more urgent care, but if I do. I’ll definitely go to this location, even though the other location is two blocks from my home. Good Job Staff Thanks so much for making my care a little less stressful. Mrs.EBaham"

"Dr. Paul is a prime example of what a doctor should strive to be. I haven’t received this much thoroughness even with some specialists I’ve seen in the past. She listened to my concerns, ran every test possible, and was willing to write a referral if she could not address my medical complaint. The front desk was warm and welcoming after I was turned away from another urgent care for having Medicaid. As a young woman going into the healthcare field myself, I cannot thank this staff enough."

"Took my 9 year old here and I would HIGHLY recommend this location. The front desk staff were so nice and friendly. The nurse was so nice and patient with my daughter. The doctor was amazing as well, she listened and explained everything well and I didn’t feel rushed. I waited in the lobby 5 minutes at the most! I didn’t make an appointment, although that is also an option. Very smooth process and if needed I will definitely be returning to this location."
