"Great staff... best doctors I've been to in years."

"Had a wicked cold/sinus infection in the middle of a wicked work week and this clinic was able to fit me in so I gave it a shot. What a mistake! After telling the doctor that my cough kept me up at night she prescribed a cough medicine which, I found that night, had zero effect! This cough was zapping hours off my night's sleep. So I called the next day and asked for a new prescription. The receptionist told me that she would give my message to the doctor but I didn't hear back from them for the rest of the day. So I called the next day and still no dice! The receptionist said that it could take 48 hours for the doctor to call in a new prescription! This seems completely egregious! 48 hours to simply call in an additional prescription!? What's worse, it still wasn't in at the end of THAT day! And then the weekend hit and I wasn't able to get through to them at all! So because of their negligence I had to suffer through an insane cough for FIVE NIGHTS! Each of these nights the cough kept me through the night resulting in some serious sleep deprivation! It seriously affected my performance during my crucially busy work week. I've never felt so neglected as a patient! Her lack of compassion and follow through made me miserable! I rarely take the time to write bad reviews but this doctor's actions diminished my job performance and quality of life!"

"Quick and easy access to physicians. Every time I come early or on time I'm seen promptly and without fuss. On-site labs and x-ray make things a breeze if additional diagnostics are required. Parking is a bit tight, but with the shopping center across the street it's easy to make do. Highly recommend."
