"Very unprofessional. He allows his patient to bring their dogs into the workplace as well as staff. And the animals are not service trained pets. Being afraid of dogs it was a concern of mine. Apon complaint he then found kept trying to find a way to discharge me. He finally decided to falsify my urine and discharge me. Staff is very rude. And the wait time is anywhere from 3-5 hours."

"Dr Eric Ehlenberger is a doctor that listens to you & tries his best to give you the best care he can. People need to remember it's not all him that won't just not give medicine. There are guidelines he has to go by. He does the best he can. Of course he wants his money but he does try to give good health advice. Thank you Dr E!!!! And the staff is the BEST in the world!!! Katie, Seven, Amanda, Sam, & Noah to mention a few of the best staff any Dr could have!!!!! I LOVE MY PEOPLE!!!! Thank you for the past 3 years!!!!"

"I would have sent this to the office e-mail but you don't have one..Absolutely the worst Dr experience I have ever had!! Scheduled an appt roughly a week or so ago for testosterone replacement therapy & was a new patient. During that time, I was placed on hold & transferred roughly 4 times to different people in the office before finally getting an appt scheduled. This should have been my first clue as to what I was in store for. During this time each person I talked to was short & rude. Also it's of importance to note that I was not told to bring anything other than my most recent labs. Appt set for 11:15am. I show up @11am to fill out any paperwork. Once again, I am greeted by rude staff! I'm handed my new client paperwork at 11:30am. I see an assistant at 12:45 who is once again, rude & short.. oh & they need all sorts of info from my previous pharmacy & Dr. All things I could have had ready a week ago if I was told.. filled out more of the same papers & answered yet again more of the same questions.. Sent back out into the waiting room. Called back in at 1:30 to see the physician's assistant. Guy was clueless as to what was going on...Asked me to again fill out the exact same paperwork I just did twice & then in the 5 mins of talking to me lost them. Sheer incompetence!! Finally got to see the "Dr" who didn't acknowledge me & was once again short & zero bedside manners..Along comes an assistant & I am privvy to a squabble between the 3 of them as if I'm not even in the room. Your lack of professionalism, attention to detail & overall attitude sucks! Only saving grace was your office manager trying to smooth out the situation. I'd love the $125 I gave you at the beginning of this circus and the wasted hrs of my day back! Needless to say, I will not be back & do not recommend this office for anything!!"

"With Dr. Ehlenberger, it is more than just a visit. He takes adequate time to spend with you, in order to properly care for you. Ever since my first visit, just under a year ago, I could tell he actually cared about me as a patient, and not just as a source of money. Hard to find someone who will be in constant contact, and readily available in this profession, but he puts his patients' care first."

"Dr. Ehlenberger and his staff are very kind and they take a lot of time going over everything they need to know to properly treat you. I have gained a huge amount of knowledge from Dr. Ehlenberger in a short period of time, things I should of been aware of but wasn't until he took his time going over every aspect of my treatment he isn't ever rushing you out he spends as much time with you that you need. Best doctor I've ever been to!!!!"
