"I filled out paperwork prior to arrival, only to be told I should have come in person to hand them my new dental insurance information. I received 6 text messages before, NONE stating I needed to physically hand them insurance cards before my appointment. Now I have to wait for them to call the insurance company before they will see my kids. Also took 2 months just to get an appointment for a cleaning. Ridiculous!"

Always have a smile on their faces, our to go to is Laura she has been very helpful and has gained my daughters trust ever since she was 6 months old and now that she is 10 years old she looks forward to go, every 6 months and request Laura to do her cleaning. They talked about everything. She loves the fact that she can remember their conversations from the visits before. I highly recommend this place. They treat you like family."

"Horrible service. My husband was 20 minutes late with my children because he had an encounter with Kenner PD. He explained this to the front desk lady and she said they only give a 15 mins grace period and they couldn’t help them. She refused to help even when we have been waiting for months for this appt. 5 minutes over the grace period and they were not even packed. They do not even have an appt until January. Won’t be coming back."
