"I switched to this office because it was closer to home. I have had very mixed experiences. There have been times I’ve made a 8 am Appointment and the Dr did not Ben arrive until after 9/9:30. The Healow portal is a joke! I’ve sent messages there and have never gotten a response! The icing on the cake is a referral was submitted back in August, I have not heard anything yet! When I call I get The same response, they have not gotten to it yet! This is unacceptable! I will be looking for a new providers office! Also the telehealth appointments are a waste of time! You will wait the same amount of time for the provider either way!"

"Dr Anthony never never returns calls. If you have an emergency your in a world of hurt. Called several times to have medicine refilled and I received deaf ears. My last visit was embarrassing I was treated like I was wasting their time."

"Unprofessional. The Spanish lady at the front desk is so rude. Had to go back because they lost my results! Called once and the lady told me to call Metairie bc I went there. I hadn’t been to Metairie in I’ve 8 years and had recently been to the Kenner location twice with the same year. I also got blood work done there, went back to get blood work and they tried to send me to quest! The only reason I went there was bc it was a one stop shop. I knew they took blood there bc I already had it done! Worst clinc ever."

"Daughters of Charity in Kenner is such a convenient clinic to go to in Kenner. I’ve been going to the Kenner location since 2018 and Dr. Anthony was the physician that treated me. She’s so professional and very empathetic towards her patients. I’ve never came across a doctor who listens to their patients and also advocates for their patients. I absolutely love Dr. Anthony she listens and comes up with a plan of treatment and discusses the treatment plans. She’s such a phenomenal doctor, women, and human being! The staff at the Kenner location is amazing the one that sticks out the most to me is Sara the receptionist she has worked me on so many occasions or if not next day appointment. Sara is so patient with me and very understanding and goes up and beyond to help not only me to other patients as well. I’ve seen her first hand how she interacts with patients and she’s very kind and goes that extra mile to help a patient whether it’s an appointment or it’s directions to a pharmacy. It’s the little things that makes this clinic amazing!! Love the staff and love my doctor!!"
