"The staff at the front desk is RUDE no customer service skills what so ever"

"I am not one to write reviews but feel the need to share my experience as a new patient. Was told my insurance didn't cover, when after I verified they do. I waited 50 minutes without any update as to when I would be seen. Exam was done by a technician and not the doctor. She asked a couple questions, did least thorough exam I have ever had, dilated my eyes and told me to go back to reception area. She put her coat on and left for the day. Another tech took over. Dr. came in once eyes were dilated, examined eyes for literally less than 30 seconds and said eyes are fine. End of exam. Didn't ask or tell me about vision center or where to get new glasses. Very very disappointing and absolutely would never go back or recommend."

"Awful customer service & front desk staff...I had a 4:00 appointment and I arrived at 3:40. I patiently waited to check-in by the door while the receptionist was holding a long conversation with the person in front of me. She checked the lady in and talking about personal situations at the same time. Then she asked if she could make an appointment for herself which prolonged my check in (I'm still standing at the door to check-in). Now it's actually 4. So I went to sit down while the receptionist was still talking to the first lady and checking her in. Now it's 4:05 and she calls me to the desk and said did some tell you we don't accept your insurance. No one ever told me anything when I made the appointment over a week ago and they verified my insurance at the time. Then she asked me for my health insurance and who was my primary doctor. I'm puzzled because I have vision insurance and I was only there for a yearly check-up. I filled out all the requested information and gave the documents to her. I went back to sit down, mind you there was other patients that came in after me check-in and was immediately called to the back for their appointment. It's now 4:30, I politely went to the desk and asked the receptionist to cancelled my appointment. I will never return to this place . It clears that the receptionist needs to learned office etiquette rules."
