"Usually my visits here are straight to the point, in and out and I love that. This time one of my concerns was a bad cough that I had developed. She didn’t test me for anything and just said everyone has been dealing with their sinuses. Turns out I have Covid and I’ve been around family. Had I known sooner I would’ve stayed away. Now they’re exposed."

"I went in for a visit Sunday I was having a hard time breathing and coughing violently. This has been going on for more than 3 weeks I've tested negative for covid and Flu but have a terrible cough that's only getting worse. The doctor came in initially and said he was in the wrong room and left quickly. A second time the door opened and then quickly closed I was a bit in shock what's going on. The staff was giggling in the office he thought it was funny meanwhile I still can't breathe. The doctor finally came in he said he would take her chest x-ray he assumed it could be pneumonia and said he'd call me with results. I haven't heard back. It's been 3 days and there is no change in my condition. I called the office to see what they can tell me and I cannot get anyone on the phone. The link the sent me to create a portal account was broken so I couldn't get results that way either. Coincidentally the first time I ever came to this place I was awaiting in the room for over an hour and had to open the door to see if they forgot about me. They had indeed forgot about me."

"Arrived later in the afternoon on a Monday. Not many people there so the call back was fast. The building was clean and the staff very friendly, helpful, and professional. Diagnosis was explained and medication prescription was sent to the pharmacy quickly. Highly recommend."

"I have been to this urgent care a few times for myself and my son.. the doctors are always great and take good care of the patients ! the people working the front desk have always been so rude to us ! each time i’ve gone they’ve made us feel like we are inconveniencing them for showing up to be seen!!! Tonight my 1 year old was running a high fever so I brought him in when I opened the door, the waiting room was completely empty besides the one receptionist which rolled there eyes before I could even say hi !!! it was 3 hours before closing and they told me “ just warning you there’s a 2 hour wait”. so we just had to leave and go to another.."

"We were seen timely but a little rushed through exam. They missed a serious a strep infection. My daughters throat was obviously infected and was told it was normal. Was not swabbed correctly for testing. So cost me,not only the urgent care visit and tests but Dr and more testing. Come on Lourdes you can do better."
