"The doctors and staff are kind and knowledgable, but it seems like the doctors are in a rush to get you out of their office. I went in complaining of neck, shoulder, lower back and knee pain. The doctor cracked my neck once, i responded to her asking if that felt good with “yeah, it feels like it loosened up a little bit” and then i got tossed on stims and was told i could leave after that. If you’re not going to assess and attempt to remedy all facets of pain, then why bother asking what’s wrong in the first place? I will likely not be coming back here again, which is a shame because the atmosphere is actually pleasant. I just would rather go somewhere where my issues will actually be treated"

"Very nice clean chiropractic office. The only thing I don't like is people do not introduce themselves so you don't get to learn their names. They also have a new system and I had a different chiropractor and she couldn't find my x-rays. Hopefully they will be able to the next visit."

"So I haven’t been in here for a long time and came in and signed some papers. I waited like almost 20 minutes and they did stim on me. They put me back in the waiting for a while (15 minutes) and then brought be back to a room. I sat there for 15 more minutes. I was there for over an hour and was not seen my anyone. VERY BAD PATIENT CARE! The front desk informed they were running behind (no problem). The communication between doctors and assistants were NOT professional (yelling for help and the doctor running around the corner and almost running me over) . The ladies up front were telling patients welcome to the mad house this morning or something like that (not the most professional way to communicate). As I was walking out after waiting a long time and lady was coming to get me and I over heard her say “oh I thought you put her on stims”. Nope not coming here again. As someone who works in patient care I know what this feels like personally. My advice: there should still be organization and good flow on how to treat patients regardless of having a new system. Even if you can’t see the schedule you should communicate to all staff on when you sat a patient or when they are done with a certain exercise. I suggest get electronic walk talkies to talk to each other. I wish the best luck to you and your staff!"

"Got in a wreck in 2021 and they have all been very wonderful and great to work with. From the front desk, to Therapy, to Chiropractic work and X-rays. I would highly recommend them from start to finish."
