"I would give them a zero if possible. Made an appointment for blood work and when I got there they tell me there computers are down and have been that way for days. Why would they allow someone to schedule an appointment if there computer is down. Why Did y’all ask for all my contact information if you weren’t going to communicate with me. To make matters worse the employees made it seem as if it wasn’t a big deal when it is. My time is a big deal and they wasted it."

"Been waiting 30 minutes for bloodwork at labcorp in Prairieville. When I inquired about the wait, I was told the wait could be as long as an hour. That information should have been disclosed in the beginning. Since I have been sitting here, no one has been called back for labs. This is a joke!"
