"The little girl in the black shirt needs to gain better communication skills. The way she spoke to the smaller children was unacceptable. Yes, they were trying to sneak back in the jumping area, BUT I guarantee you, had any adult been present her tone would've been different. Also, you should make sure that the people wo have never been here before know to come early. My kids were only able to jump for about 5 o 10 minutes maximum because we spent most of the time in the lobby and we got there maybe 20 minutes after the party had started. I was considering doing their party there but my children'snd a lot of the other children that came after us didn't get to jump., Yet they had to sign their name on a paper and be counted as a jumper. That seems a bit fraudulent seeing how you charge for extra jumpers in your packages. Other than that it seemed alright. I'd take my kids there to play every once in a while, maybe."
