"Lowkey sad how this is one of the best places in Baton Rouge. Staff is unpredictable. Breakfast is hella good tho. Admitted 7 times before put into long term. Patients that ate batteries. Judgmental staff. (Had one tell me to "keep my religious stuff to myself" bc she didn't want to hear it.) Awful visiting hours."

"i was there for a week and all i can say is they treat the the girls way worse than the boys, we had to practically beg to go outside, while the boys were taken outside almost everyday. the staff were rude and just didn’t care about the kids. it honestly felt like they came to their job for the money and the money only. i met only a few nurses or techs they seemed like they genuinely cared about the health and well being of the kids. i recommend going to river oaks in metairie if you need help."

"Do not send your minor child here. They are very unprofessional and talk to the children like they are nothing. They had her quarantine more than the two days that I was told. When I asked why she was still in that room I was told she wasn't, but my daughter called home and said they were lying. They would curse at my 12 year old. They drug her and put her on the floor like she's trash. When she called home to tell us she heard them saying she's telling her parents too much and talking about teaching someone a lesson. They begin standing next to her to make sure she wouldn't tell us anything. Also, whoever Mr Kevin is told my daughter she was beautiful and had pretty skin so much it made her uncomfortable. If someone is already struggling with life you don't mistreat them. They need to be looked into. Way too many complaints."

"doctor debac was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. (using sexist and using outdated language) visiting hours are insane (45 minutes a day, only one person over 18, two days a week). DO NOT GO HERE."
