"I would not recommend this agency due to unprofessionalism. My son has been a client for all about six months and within that time frame I have often had to follow up on prescriptions, appointments, with minimal contact from counselor. Reached out to director who identified herself as the owner to voice my concern with the office staff and in that statement I mentioned that the client should not feel like they work for the agency, but the agency works for the client. She was highly annoyed with my comment made her presence known in a third party conversation with insurance provider, we disagreed on whom was unprofessional and she hung up in my face.
