"Good luck getting records. My new doctor asked Legacy for my records. They did not respond so I called. They immediately said they didn’t have my file, that it was purged because it was 5 years. If that’s true, they definitely didn’t waste any time. However, it seems like they didn’t even look because they were quick to say no. My current doctor also said that’s strange because files should be kept for at least 6 years. Very sketchy and unhelpful overall."
"I called to make a new patient appointment and was given some options for a telemedicine visit. The appointment process was pretty easy. They verified my insurance benefits and we were good to go. I saw one of the PAs, Ashley Mills. The visit was timely, thorough, and all of my concerns were addressed without much pressure. I would definitely recommend this provider to other patients."
"I have to jump through hoops to reschedule an appointment with these people. I left two separate voicemails on two different occasions letting the front office know that I need to reschedule. I FINALLY got a hold of someone who had the audacity to have an attitude, she told me if I don't give a 48 hr notice they'll have to charge me. Well, honey, I can't even get in contact with any of you prior to an appointment, I'm not going to be charged for your incompetence. I called and left a voicemail on 4/3 and also 4/26, I have the phone logs to prove this. She proceed to tell me she writes all the messages she gets down and gives everyone a call back, which is bull. We're already off to a bad start and I haven't even been there yet, I left my last psychiatrist due to issues like this (and other issues) where the front office staff cannot seem to get anything together. The only good thing about this place is Celeste, I absolutely love her and when I move to Houston I know I will find no one like her and that’s disheartening."
"I spend more than my fair share of time in doctor's offices. I had my first appointment scheduled for today at 1:30. Due to driver coordination, weather and traffic, I didn't arrive until 1:31. I was told that I had used up some of my appointment time and still needed to fill out paperwork. The clerk did not think there would be sufficient time to complete everything in my time slot of 15 minutes. In fact she has to check to see if the NP would even see me at all. I'm sitting here in the waiting room in my wheelchair and no one else is waiting and no other cars in the lot. Finally the clerk comes back and says that the NP will see me but only up to the 15 minutes scheduled for me. I tell the clerk that this is ridiculous, and she comes back at me with "if you were more cooperative all this would be easier." I replied that I was being cooperative, she slammed down a clipboard and pen and sid fill this out, and let me see your insurance card and ID. I am disabled unable to hold a pen or a clipboard, so I left. How many times have any of us had to wait on doctors and other health professionals because they were running late? This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and do not recommend anyone to go here for treatment."
"Scheduled an appointment at 11:30 and showed up at 11:34 and the doctor went on lunch. Never once called me. Then I was told I can wait or reschedule... But when asked how long her lunch was, the receptionist said she didn't know... Very unprofessional. Not to mention, this is the second appt this week as the doctor decided to switch my medication, which I am fine with, but if I need a follow up two days later, you should be there."
