"I am very happily with my care with Dr De Graveelles! The care I get with him is very good!! The only complaint I have is an ongoing issue of an inability to make contact with him or his staff when needed. The phones are NEVER answered when you call. If you leave a message asking for a return call if it is returned, it could be weeks later. Ive tried the leave the message on “My Chart” idea and that was an epic fail as well! As a mental health patient we can’t play chase the doctor down when things are not good for us. I try to reach out for help and when I can’t get ahold of my doctor and am unable to make contact I tend to quit trying and choose not to try anymore which is not always the right decision!! Maybe the right decision is for your organization is to hire a person to solely answer your phones and handle the incoming calls properly. That way patients like me with health issues like mine don’t feel abandoned by their health care system and no one is caring!!!"

"The Doc was very patient, empathetic & kind. I immediately felt heard & cared for. At the end he was able to repeat back to me everything I’d shared with him, the facts & feelings. He empathized with me & asked, “Is this how you’re feeling,” and so on, in order to make sure he’d fully understood me. He was very thorough & very thoughtful. I’ve had a lot of problems finding a psych doctor over the years but I really felt right with Dr. DeGravelles. He cares about me getting better!"
