"If you can find anywhere else to go I'd suggest doing so I did everything I could to get my life on track according to these people and was let out on the streets for being 5 mins late"
"I was told before even scheduling my first session that they were in network with my insurance. After each session, I asked if the copay that I was paying was my only responsibility. I was assured this was the case. I was stunned to get a $600 bill in the mail... for 4 therapy sessions. No communication other than that, no warning. I felt that my sessions were helpful (thus the two stars instead of one.) But this doesn't change the fact that I was either explicitly lied to on multiple occasions... or that the people I spoke to were so incompetent that they couldn't even figure out if they were in network for my insurance. If you can't trust these people to get insurance information correct, do you really want to trust them with your care of the care of a loved one? Go elsewhere."
