"The people here were nice. The company that you rent the equipment through is not! Egan sent me a cpap machine. The mask was the wrong size. (The tech at sleep solutions wrote the wrong size twice.) The modem wasn't transmitting and the machine was set incorrectly. I figured if I was having this many problems from the get go that I didn't want the machine. The lady at Egan told me that the extra air pressure wasn't that big of a deal and I should just wear it. I told her I didn't want to. She said they don't do refunds (even though I hadn't used the equipment) and that I was responsible for the full price if not returned promptly. The people at Sleep Solutions never told me anything like that. They just told me I was renting the equipment for 2 months. If you aren't able to handle sleeping with this thing, you will be charged a restocking fee of $100 or for the full amount if not sent back within a specific time frame. THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE, THEY WANT YOUR MONEY!!"
