"We had our baby boy here. From the emergency cesarean, to after surgery care, all of the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We received a card in the mail from our nurses, and it was so personable. We appreciate all the care, attention, and love that was shown not only to us, but to our baby boy. Mrs. Interior, Logan and Mrs. Quinn, yall are doing amazing work and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you Oschner."

"It's a toxic customer service. I've been dealing with a wrong birthday on my uncle's emergency visit. It's our fault that my uncle gave a wrong address. But the situation is no one could help resolving the problem. By just updating his DoB, so his insurance can process the bill. It's been months. and no one could help. I got hung up so many times by rude customer service people. Thanks!"

"They will never receive stars from me. A relative had a chronic illness and was sent home with an IV still in her arm. She was sick since Saturday, went to be seen about and received an appointment for Friday. Disgusting and unprofessional service, Handled without ANY care. I do NOT recommend!"
