"Terrible experience. They were extremely unorganized and couldn't give a straight answer about anything. A gave a sample then they made me give another because they had me throw it out before they had the results. Then they claimed they couldn't do a rapid which is what I paid for and that they had to send it to a lab and they would call me when I could pick up my results after I told them I needed the results today. I still haven't got my results and this was months ago. Went to a different facility 2 days later because I could not wait any longer and walked out with my results 10 mins later. Will never come back."

"This was by far the most unorganized people I’ve had dealings with in a long time. Rude does not even begin to describe the way the staff were treating people. The staff criticizing the owner and other staff members as they all roamed around looking lost and wasting our time. After going through this circus I had to wait almost 40 minutes before the lady told me I could go. I would rather drive out of town than to come here again. Will not be back."
